Bluffs real estate is located in Jupiter, Florida in a beach-side and waterfront community comprised of seven independent subdivisions.

Bluffs homes for sale consists of a mixture of single-family detached homes, condominiums, and townhouses developed by DiVosta Homes in the mid 1980′s. The community was planned in such a way that each subdivision offered only one type of property, but combined you have multiple options of types of properties to choose from.

Bluffs in the Ridge and the River is devoted exclusively to single-family detached homes while the River North and Lakes offer only townhomes. Ocean North, Ocean South, and the Marina are exclusively devoted to low-rise condominium units.

All of the residential homes, townhomes, and condos are all a mere walking distance from the beach and the Intracoastal Waterway and feature common amenities such as a swimming pool, tennis courts, and play ground. Some communities also feature a basketball court. Public schools are zoned in the Palm Beach County School district, unless parents choose to enroll their children in private school.

Most of the Bluffs homes and condos allow small pets inside the residential home or unit but there are some like the Ocean North and South that absolutely prohibit pets in the community. For those communities that allow pets, additional amenities include nature trails and a pet park.

Bluffs real estate comes at reasonable prices and allow interested parties to own some of the best oceanfront properties in Palm Beach County. Depending on the subdivision, lot area, and location, prices of the Jupiter real estate for sale currently range in price from the mid to low 100,000 to the mid $400,000, but the few properties in the Bluffs River directly on the Intracoastal can range in the $1,000,000 price bracket.
